Zeta Instruments 3-D optical profiler is ideally suited for applications with rough and low reflectivity surfaces eg. textured photovoltaic silicon cells or the metallisation grid of PV cells. Other applications can be found in the MEMS, HDD and LED industries.
The Zeta-20 is a fully integrated microscope based system that provides 3D imaging and metrology capability in a small, robust and cost effective package. Based on proprietary focus map technology, the Zeta-20 enables imaging of surfaces with very low reflectivity and very high roughness with an extended depth of focus. A broadband, compact LED light source enables true color imaging. The Zeta-20 system has the lowest cost of ownership in its class.
